Code of Conduct

Weapons: Firearms, knives and any kind of sharp metal tools are not allowed on the fairgrounds
Pets: Emotional support or comfort animals are not permitted on the fairgrounds except service dogs. Service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness and under the control of the owner.
Alcohol and Cigarettes: The possession and consumption of alcohol or cigarettes are prohibited at the OXFORD BAZAAR. Anyone not observing this rule will be immediately ejected from the fairgrounds without refund.
Behavior: Fairgoers are expected to behave appropriately, refraining from fighting, violent or offensive actions, throwing objects, disruptive behavior, and abusive language or any other will be immediately ejected from the fairgrounds.
Anyone wearing clothing or other personal items that the Bazaar Management/Security deems offensive will not be allowed on the Fairgrounds.
Anti-Discrimination
Oxford BAZAAR is committed to providing equal treatment to all individuals without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, national origin, ancestry, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic under applicable federal, state, or local law. We have a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination and harassment. We encourage any discrimination’s victims to report the incident to the event manager please immediately.
Children: Unaccompanied children under age 10 may not be permitted on the fairgrounds.
Sun Protection: Wear sunscreen, hats, and sunglasses to protect against sun exposure.
Hearing Protection: Use earplugs or headphones in loud areas to protect your hearing.
Personal Safety: Be aware of your surroundings to prevent theft and keep your belongings secure. The Oxford Bazaar is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced Festival admission/parking passes and/or gate receipts.
First Aid/ Security
The Oxford Police Department and the Fire Department will be present on the fairgrounds for everyone’s safety.
The First Aid Team will be onsite to assist any emergency. You should call 911 if the emergency requires an ambulance
Photography/Video Policy
Please be aware that all visitors involved in the Oxford Bazaar Activities are subject to being photographed. Such photographs can be used by the Bazaar Team without an obligation to provide compensation to those photographed.
The team reserves the right to photograph, video, and conduct live/NON-LIVE feeds of all events during the Oxford Bazaar and all other functions and events on premises without reimbursement for use in marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes.
Lost Visitors and Objects
Lost children, adults or persons with special needs should be taken to the police Station onsite.
Lost items, objects, all kinds of cards etc… should be taken to the Oxford Bazaar management team.
Ticketing Policy
The ticket is only valid for the date, time, event, and area issued on the ticket. The ticket is non-transferable or redeemable for cash. Unauthorized reproduction of any ticket is punishable by law. No refunds or exchanges except as provided.
By purchasing a ticket, Visitors agree to enter the Fairgrounds and agree to the possibility of photos or videos by individuals, companies, or media.
Demonstrations Policy
Demonstrations, protests, and vigils of any nature are prohibited on the grounds and premises of the Oxford Fairgrounds, during the bazaar.
NB: Visitors who violate the Code of Conduct or prevent others from having fun may be subject to ejection without a refund.
